OpenAI's New AI Model Can Teach Maths, Understand Emotions and Flirt | Vantage with Palki Sharma
OpenAI has released a higher performing and even more human-like version of the artificial intelligence technology that underpins its popular generative tool ChatGPT, making it free to all users. The company said the model could generate content or understand commands in voice, text, or images. The demo mainly featured OpenAI staff members asking questions to the voiced ChatGPT, which responded with jokes and human-like banter. The bot served as an interpreter from English to Italian, interpreted facial expressions and walked one user through a difficult algebra problem. Altman has previously pointed to the Scarlett Johansson character in the movie "Her" as an inspiration for where he would like AI interactions to go. So, is this the future of personalised AI assistants? Has OpenAI pulled ahead in the AI race once again? Palki Sharma tells you.

Stop this "woke", "woke", thing. On a clearer look, you'll find that it's the so called liberal and progressive people who are making these new technologies. Conservative ideology is being stuck with the old ways and not trying anything new. Conservatives were skeptical when computers arrived, then when phones arrived and with every new invention. So the very making of AI in itself is a progressive thing and conservatives are complaining about it too. People reject new ideas and systems as woke at first but it's the rule of nature to change. Things don't remain the same. Culture, norms, rituals, food, clothing and even morals have changed. Our ancestors had cannibalism at one point of time, we don't. Even our brains are evolving and science proves that. So, stop with this complaining and accept that change is natural, and it would happen slowly.

Open source means the source code or the design/architecture is available to public for free ( which also OpenAI didn't do ). Running the model so that it can be used can't be free, it requires enormous computing power of GPUs which is super expensive.

Let me take you further in the future: You'll love to interact with it more, gradually human's will compare humans with this AI Model and will be unhappy in the end. Because in the end Humans have emerged as a species, evolved as a social being.
