Oh right, Supersize Me. Almost forgot about it, and how pretty much the entire thing was debunked and proven false. Before he started eating McDonalds, I think he was Vegan, so the devastating effects on his body were from a sudden shift into eating meat, not necessarily the fast food itself. Not saying McDonalds is healthy... we all know it's not. But what a weird documentary. You'd think they would've just found a guy willing to eat McDonalds every day who wasn't vegan. Or like, just not have falsified the data they got. Their goal of "debunking" McDonalds totally failed because of that.

For anyone who doesn't know, supersize me is complete garbage. The main guy eats 3-4x more calories then a normal person should each day by getting 2-3 meals for each meal. He does this to then turn around and try and blame the food for his weight gain.

ProfessorChance i also remember reading that he also had a drinking problem during the experiment that further skewed his results, when the doctor told him that his kidneys were like that of an alcoholics, he blamed it on the food as well.

Hey just so you know, Supersize me was written in such a way to make the food look even less healthy. The director/main character would eat 2-3 meals at a time to gain more weight but never mentions it. You can eat fast food and still be healthy. As well, there are healthy options at fast food places.

I was actually shown Super Size Me in class to basically say McDonald's bad eat healthy and stuff like that, he wasn't actually eating only stuff from the McDonald's menu, he was forced to eat only Big Mac menus for the entire time and it wasn't in the same place either, he went across the states to different McDonald's

This vid got recently recommended and i thought it was a chaotic and funny vid again but as what i thought, it was just a normal,but fun toy review,as i click to this vid the fun memories of the holy trinity max, ian, and filthy frank flashed backed to me, i went to idubbbz channel and found out nothing but an average entertainent too,set aside franku that left his channel few years ago.Deeply i slowly realized the golden era is gone,so far gone.
