That is a blue parallel on the elly fantasy favorites rookie card.. I’d honestly slab that up if there’s really only a 600 card print run.. Freddie freeman Raw is selling at over $20 an elly rookie graded is selling for a chunk more than that. Honestly raw it may sell at around $65-$70

I concur. Have pulled 3 of that card, none with the blue streak of spray paint. Wish they would just number the blues. So easy to miss, especially the inserts in this set.
