Opening a Kiosk in the Mall 

This is all the motivation I need. I live in Missouri City and I want to get a kiosk at the mall for hair extensions. This has me excited seeing your set up at the Galleria. You go girl thank you for sharing.

I pick up my stuff from China from that same place lol they rent out storage space by the foot

This was my plan before I left the lab to have a kiosk for Avon in the mall that I can sell all the merchandise from.

I Have to ask, for someone thats taking extreme interest into doing something like this. it takes money to make money, so how much did you put into your stand? including fees and rental space. and how much did you gain from it? (in a month or twos span)

How much are the rents of such a cart at Galleria Mall in Houston? Is the Renton gec pricess easy?

I got some questions for you !!!

Having a kiosk in a major mall in a big city (of at least 700 000 population plus its suburbs). Great thing!,A mall should guarantee you a traffic of 30 000+ people a day. You don't have to pay for no property taxe,no utility bills just a monthly lease plus you have the safety of being in a mall. What I did I bought a 110 000$ already existing business in a mall. That way the mall did not bug me about anything as If I wanted to lease a kiosk with a brand new idea/concept.(Then they ask to see your book$ and tax incomes as proof of success.) Also bank lent me right away without bugging me about my book$,,,since I was buying an already existing business that had its book$ already. Because a bank will never! lend you if you have only a good idea without at least a prior 3-4 years backing up that good idea of yours-$$. Now I upgraded the business I bought with new concepts. Loans was signed and mall lease signed so I'm the boss,lol Sometimes buying even an half ass business in a mall will get you in quicker and easier than coming just leasing an empty kiosk space.
