I remembered that this cartoon is on the Disney DVD It's a Small World and it's the third cartoon after the Pluto cartoon In Dutch and before the Mickey Mouse cartoon Brave Little Tailor. I love seeing Mickey, Donald and Goofy in this cartoon.
As a matter of fact on the VHS of Peter and the Wolf, this cartoon that Mickey, Donald, and Goofy starred in is on there along with The silly symphony Music Land.
I have that same VHS, but my copy is a 1993 VHS because it has previews for The Fox And The Hound and Disney's Favorite Stories Promo at the beginning and nothing at the end

I guess this copy has the same previews as the Paul Bunyan VHS tape. I honestly never had this copy of Peter and the Wolf because I think the copy I had didn't have the Disney Sing Along Songs 1994 Promo. No wonder this copy you put up was hard to find.
Yeah it does have the same previews. I think a copy of The Prince And The Pauper exists with those previews, but I still need to look. Once I do, I'll upload the opening and closing here! I was lucky to find this one on eBay early last year for under $10 (with shipping)!
