Synopsis:
When Cinderella's cruel stepmother prevents her from attending the Royal Ball, she gets some unexpected help from the lovable mice Gus and Jaq and from her Fairy Godmother.

0:30 Uncensored Coca-Cola sign on the hot dog cart. On the 1996 VHS of "Oliver and Comapny", the sign was blurred in every shot it appeared in; while every other release from 2002 onward keeps the Coca-Cola sign in every other scene except for the aforementioned close-up when Dodger steals the hot dogs. Even though the Coca-Cola logo appears in other scenes in the film (the opening credits as well as "Streets of Gold")

By the way the original theatrical version of Oliver and company was found in the France VHS. I bought it and now it’s online with the original 1985 Disney intro

The recent 4K transfer shown in at the Berlinale International Film Festival looks fantastic. Hardly a trace of DNR. Though I’m not sure if there is no rotoscoping in it.

That same transfer would be used on the 4K and later (2023 onward) copies of the 2019 Anniversary Blu-ray as well as the DVD copy on the Movie Club edition. I agree, that transfer is fantastic! A much needed improvement over the 2005 Platinum/2012 Diamond transfer.

Me too. I think it’s the first proper restoration Cinderella has gotten since the 1995 Masterpiece Collection VHS and Laserdisc release almost 30 years ago.
