On February 5th, 2023 I achieved my dream and my promise to my grandpa Alberto Pineda Celis & opened up our first Villa’s Tacos brick & mortar restaurant. After more than 4 years of hard work, street vending & popping up in various places, we finally had a permanent space & somewhere to call home.
This special day was dedicated to my grandpa Alberto Pineda Celis who wasn’t physically there but was with me in spirit & in my heart. I had his favorite Banda from his hometown of Santa Teresa, Guerrero help ring in the special day & help make it a very memorable one.
