Hey Paul, I just wanted to say thank you for your passion for this game, because of you and alec and the others it reignited my love for this game, I went to my very first locals in 10 years last night and despite not winning I had a lot of fun and learned alot, I would have never done that if not for you guys and helping me refind my love playing this game in person, so thank you for that

Storagepod is a pun on Sauropod (dinosaurs like Brachiosaurus)

I mentioned it in the comments of the new Larry in the Hole but Zuttomozaurus is a retrain of an old vanilla monster called Tomozaurus. The artwork is extremely similar except it shows the one in back viciously biting the one in front. Both monsters are Tomozaurus as the flavor text recognizes they attack even each other. Zuttomo is apparently a Japanese phrase meaning "friends forever" so the name of the retrain is a play in words that also explains the different art. The creepy Zuttomozaurus has gone from being one type of a predator to another, stalking his prey in a more modern sence of the term. If forceful creeper best friends were common, I can understand why these things attacked each other. Funnily enough, it is the same kahki colored Tomozaurus in both art, giving a hard time to the same green one.

The chimaera being an illusion is a reference to the original fusion monster saying it's always treated as an illusion card.

The Infernoble Knights are based on the 12 paladins from The Matter of France as these are the French equivalents of the Noble Knights which are based on Arthurian Legend.

The illusion deck is fun honestly. Sadly, Age of Overlord, with what we know didn't look like boosts the strategy much but hey, you never know.

I picked up a few of these packs, managed to get a secret rare and an ultra, but im saving money now for soulburning volcano coming later this month, battlin boxer support finally, cant wait!

Ive watched several people open this set, and not one of them have pulled a single dark corridor. I guess just getting the singles is better than trying to fish them out blind.

I did not know it gor years but I guess how Paul is saying it is how you pronounce Cucco, the chickens in The Legend of Zelda. I had previously heard people pronounce it cuckoo like a cuckoo clock but recently learned that is apparently incorrect.
