Looks great but I guess it isn't cheap to run. I hope the cost of that Nio house is justified by the amount of cars they can sell and the promotion and publicity they can give to Nio.
More expenses for Nio , wish they were profitable, Nio spend to much money on free gifts and Nio houses. I think Nio will do just fine without Nio house.
As a 3.5 year Nio investor, I wonder after the paid models, hors d’oeuvres, finger food fake cinema fog and wall lights are gone. How much profit will the seven story albatross bring to Nio’s deflated forever tanking stock price along with what is the cash burn of renting out such a spot going to look like?
Well said. The answer is clearly that this is yet another expensive white elephant. This CEO is a moron. He has no viable strategy he’s just enjoying the game of running a startup at shareholder’s expense. If this were a US company he’d be fired. Imagine laughing and drinking champagne when your stock is 50% down in just 5 months, it’s an insult.
Nio house is a scam !!! And a waste of money . What is the Nio house for ? Is it a hotel , do you buy cars there ? All I see is ppl walking around reading books and having snacks.
