Opening of final battle - Kings of the Sun (1963) 

INCREDIBLE!!! I don't recall this movie specifically but I might have seen it. I want to watch so badly; never crossed my mind that anyone (other than historians in the form of archeologists and anthropologists) had any attempts to put the Maya and their history at the center of anything much less Hollywood money!! Even before Apocalypto...WOW! WOW! WOOOOOOOWZZ 😊 Kudos old Hollywood!

Many elements and styles of Bernstein's "Magnificent Seven" are found in this score. That's what makes it so exciting.
