The first Christmas after someone passes is always the hardest. My mom passed last October and I basically spent the entire month of Dec. 2019 in bed. This year was much happier. It was so sweet how touched your mother was with her LV bag!

I know the pain, 2020 my dog passed away, and me and my family were negativity affected by that, it never goes away, but we move on in time. Love everyone's reactions to the gifts, they were very cute ❤

I have that exact same insta pot and it is everything! You can also use it for a crockpot. Look on Amazon they have a cheap instapot cookbook. You can put frozen food in it too. Merry Christmas!

I’m glad that you can take a break and relax. Everyone deserves that. My favorite gift that I got was from my mom. She got me a gold necklace that had 3 dangle. Each one is different one is gold, rose gold, and white gold. I cried because I been wanting it. I saved up for it but they no longer had it. My mom had it custom made and I love it because of the message. It was her love to me that she saved up and got it for me.

My Pop died a month before my 22 birthday in 2014 that was really hard :( so I know the feeling. As for gifts my boyfriend got me the Apple Watch SE 44m in rose gold and I got the iPhone 12 Pro max in gold from myself. :) But I loved all my presents. Also loved your mums reaction was so sweet, but I must admit it didn't really feel like Christmas this year honestly with everything going on.

My grandpa passed away last year and my grandma this one (both of them one month before Christmas). I totally understand how do you feel; Christmas is not the same anymore... I understand my Grandma passed away a week before Christmas in 2020. It was a complete shock. No one knew anything was wrong. She had cancer. It's been really hard since we went to her house for Christmas eve. This year we didn't do anything with family and it just killed me not seeing family. So I understood where u are coming from.

Christmas is a hard time for my family as well. My grandpa died a month before christmas. Best way to have him with you for christmas. Make an ornament with his picture on it. He will always be with you. Have a happy new year :)

My dad passes away in July so I really feel you. I had zero interest in Christmas this year because of that and it’s always my favorite holiday. Just take a break and cry. Having to spend a Christmas knowing that one of your family members will not be there is extremely hard. My Nana passed away in 2019 and Christmas was honestly not the best, so I know how hard it must have been for your family and yourself. You have worked so incredibly hard on all of your channels and have put so much effort for make us happy. Take a break for a while, wind down, and put yourself first, we will all be waiting patiently, knowing that you are having the care that you deserve, we all love you and support you, have a good rest of 2020💜.

Mine was a hair brush set. And Im so sorry that Christmas was hard I know how it feels my aunt passed away back in june and it hasnt been the same she was like my grandma and she made Thanksgiving and Christmas the best and ive cried these past two holidays. So take time for you and just remember like my mom told me. They had a better Christmas then we did this year😇

My partner is a mail carrier for the post office and I work for a library so because of the nature of our jobs, we had to be away from our families in case of Covid exposure. My favorite gift this year was some japanese Daruma dolls that my partner got me. They are just decorative knick-knacks but they have a special meaning to me so it was a thoughtful gift 💕

Hi Alyssa I know what you mean. Christmas is tough for me I lost my dad in 02 from cancer and my mom in 2011 from a heart attack. My grandparents are all gone as well. I'm thankful for having my husband's family. Since I don't really have family besides my cousins. We couldn't afford a Christmas tree or gifts so we just ate dinner and thankful to have one another. Be kind to yourself babe! My favorite presents were the 2 Pandora charms that my partner got me! One of the charms was a hot cocoa mug and the other was a Chinese New Year Cat! We’ve been together 25 years and I have 3 full charm bracelets and we’re working on the fourth! My father passed away at the end of March. He was 94, and his favorite holiday was Christmas. I love my Daddy.

The Jiji picture frame you got was SO cute! I gotta look it up online. Your mom's reaction to her gift almost made me cry -- you could tell she really loved it and was blown away. :) I can relate on how the holidays can be really hard when someone you really cared for passes away. Both parents passed away around Thanksgiving and Christmas, so those are really hard at times. I just remind myself of the times I had with them and know they're there in spirit. :) I received a few gifts from friends, but my husband and I haven't really been able to give each other a gift because covid. It's okay though because I received lots of gifts from him all year long. :) Happy to see you had a great Christmas and hoping your New Years is just as great!
