I know it may be a difficult concept to grasp, but perhaps they simply feel a bit self-conscious about opening Christmas gifts in front of millions of viewers. For most of us people, it would be a much more private day.

Considering that their family member just passed weeks before Chirstmas, it isnt going to be a happy time for them. I'm sure they are happy to be together as a family and enjoyed Christmas but it is very hard losing someone.

I'm totally ok - Its everyday because that's who she is. She has a moody personality. Like it or don't! She never asked for any of you to like her or love her. The are giving us the real deal. They aren't putting on a happy, rose colored glasses, rainbows and glitter personality show, just to be liked and look perfect. I'll tell you that I would rather watch real people than a bunch of fake people.

stop saying they’re ungrateful, these kids are just very chill and not really dramatic! they are thankful for what they have and you can truly see how grateful they are. Leave if you think this is boring. I think that people should see their success as inspiration. Inspiration to what they could have, if you work hard & get a good education. All the things they have and the amount of money they have, wasn't just handed to them. They didn't start with this success. They started at the bottom, just like all of you. They worked hard, had failures (I'm sure, because we all do) and just kept plugging forward to become what they are today. Where they are today, isn't their beginning, it's there established ending. Look to them for inspiration not negativity and judgement.

You have to keep in mind that they already know the presents they get on Christmas and their birthdays because they pick them out themselves or go shopping together and pick things out. They arent going to be surprised or animated because it isn't a surprise. They know what it is. And it doesnt mean they are ungrateful because they are expressionless, it just means they know what they are getting, so it's no big deal. I'm not saying they are doing anything wrong, I'm just saying that is the situation.

This channel is for people that want to watch this channel why watch it if your gonna gate you don’t HAVE to watch this channel you only hurting this family that didn’t do anything to you I don’t think you need to put hate comments to hurt people it’s really messed up because this world needs to be a better place. We all need to make better choices and hurting this happy family isn’t the choice you should be making I feel bad and I didn’t even do it. Y’all people care more about the kids reactions then their own parents/gift givers. Its not that serious. My family and I acted the same way. My mom has 3 teens and we just blandly opened our gifts and was like “oh cool”. We are grateful but at our age we’re not jumping to the stars because it’s not that serious anymore. Wow these comments are harsh. This family deserves everything they got. I love OFN and I think the parents ken and candi are doing a fantastic job at raising the kids. Good grief people. Leave their family alone!! They are a great family and they love each other. Just because they aren’t all bubbly and saying thank you 24/7 doesn’t mean they aren’t happy and that they aren’t grateful. This Christmas I picked out 90 percent of my presents beforehand so I already knew what I was getting, however I did thank my parents after each present. I’m not a very emotional person so maybe from the outside I don’t look like I “appreciate” as much as I do but later I did tell my parents how much I appreciate them & what they do. That could be the case with these kids let’s not judge their family so harshly! You never know what happens when the camera is off
