Actually I don’t really count this as the Joker’s introduction. Just the intro to the movie. I personally think him crashing the mob boss boardroom meeting was his proper introduction.

I'll never forget seeing this opening sequence in the theater. It was so intense and badass, and I could tell this was going to be something special. Fun fact: in all three movies of the Dark Knight trilogy, the main villain is introduced by disguising himself as one of his own henchmen.

In the third movie that was the case with Bane, but the plot twist is that he was really the henchman for Talia al Ghul. She was initially disguised as a friend of Bruce Wayne.

There is no way to describe what it was like seeing this movie opening weekend in a packed theater on the IMAX screen, I don't think anyone breathed during this entire opening sequence. Amazing.

Hans Zimmer is literally genius for building that tension with high note rather than big low bad guy tone usually in movies. Really create that psychopath vibe.

This was featured before the movie “I Am Legend” at an IMAX theatre. People cheered and clapped when it was shown to be the second Batman movie coming.

I saw this in a massive IMAX theater - and that opening shot was unlike anything I'd ever seen. The screen was the size of a building - it was so epic.

This intro was very clearly inspired by Heat’s intro, which itself is one of the greatest openings to a film ever, in my opinion. I wouldn’t mind seeing a compilation of that.

Nolen "borrows" a lot from great films. If you've watched most of the James Bond films a lot of tue action scenes in this trilogy as well as in Inception are from various James Bond movies. Even Lucius Fox / Morgan Freeman is basically Q from James Bond since he invents Batman's gadgets.

Kudos to you, MrLebowski, after some time following, then subscribing and enjoying your collected content, you bring together this for us. This is one of my all time favorite films, in fact, I got my first job at the theatres locally here before it and enjoyed the heck out of it and have the poster framed up to this day. What a freaking openning scene to see the joker at the bank what a surprise, the dark knight is a freaking, is a masterpiece, its my bloawing, this movie is insane, this is the best dc batman movie ever made by chistopher nolan ever made in to the live action, chistopher nolan is masterpiece director making this wonderfull masterpiece of this movie ever made in his life great job nolan great job, this is the great sequel of all the trilogy is my favorioute of the trilogy i gotta say, the dark knight trilogy is one of the greatest super heroes trilogys ever made to live action, including the sam raimi spider man please made do the sam raimi spider man scenes please.

You know what, sometimes these reactionists are too much, I enjoy watching some reactions but sometimes they over do it and come off as idiotic, like that russian girl or whatever shes from "this is joker?" You mean the character that Hollywood has been feeding us over and over again and everybody knows and you already reacted to the Joker movie?? Yes thats him.
