I was one of the many whose parents brought this tape home for me on the day of release. I was pretty stoked when I saw the re-release ad for Cinderella, since I missed owning it before the first VHS went into "the vault".
I remember we tried to rent this the day it came out but they were all checked out. I could tell how great this movie was going to be when my folks decided to buy it instead of waiting. My jaw was already on the floor by the end of the Pocahontas trailer.
I can still remember the same day after waching this VHS preview and going to Home Depote and hearing Elton John's Can you feel the love tonight on the store radio. MEMORIES!
