As a 90s kid i owned all early sets, same goes for Pokemon. My mom sold my whole Yu-Gi-Oh Collection for roughly 300, today's day n age it would probably be 500K+
The exodia parts are actually that price on cardmarket. Somebody wanted to buy them from me and i looked up what they costed and alltough they are common, they are that expensive
damn bro idgaf the prices, those are like some of the most iconic cards of all time in that deck! too bad most of them were common. but it was nice seeing the OG artwork again! gotta pick this up just based on the vibes alone. I wonder what a fully tricked yugi deck would run me. original artwork, max rarity or at least the best holo.
Yeah I was gonna say I am rich as I have about 30-35 of those cards but never mind. Thanks for clarifying. I just came back to Yu-Gi-oh, do you know any websites that can tell me the prices for what cards are selling for. I used to play it a lot in my teen years and I have some goodies that I wanna know what they going for.
the gods were never a big deal in the meta. they’re still trying to make them relevant/ playable today. in no format was summoning the gods the end all be all. more likely than not, you had trouble drawing them cuz they cant be searched or they were dead in your hand cuz u couldnt summon them. it took a lot of resources and set up, just to summon one and you would have more success focusing on building the deck around just one god. obelisk was the best. cuz he was the most straightforward out of all of them. slifer was wildly inconsistent and ra just flat out sucked.
@@walterfrosch1821 they changed the card board, the cards effect are extremely long and broken and most of the time your opponent special summons his entire deck in the first round.
@@xvaiking3158 i will never understand why people in this game ruin the ( genuinly great at times ) artwork with all that glitter BS. Cards look so much better without that.
Cuando dijiste ¿ya te olvidaste a que olian tus cartas nuevas? Uff se me entro un recuerdo muy bonito como me emocionaba por conseguir esas cartas lastima q mi habuela como era religiosa los voto todo porque era del diablo decía
I remember when i was a kid back in 2004 that i had the two gods the winged dragon of RA and Obelisk together with 3 Blue eyes white dragon from japan that my auntie gift to me..but now they all gone because of termite
Yeah dude… this is a pre built set up yugi’s deck… they’re definitely not worth that still. The whole reason of making the legendary sets was to finish the value of the more expensive cards
I remember in 2002 I asked Santa for the God Cards. I never got them and I thought Santa hated me. Years later my Dad told me he searched the town and country for these god cards 😂😂😂
If its a sealed deck with a specific set of cards, why would you open it unless you were gonna play it? its worth more sealed and you already know exactly what cards are in a sealed deck.
God remember when secret rare and God cards meant something and were expensive. When I saw Jinzo as a common in legacy of ra I knew the game was crap now.
Only thing I find funny to this day is when I went to see the first Yu-Gi-Oh Movie and they gave away cards I got The Dark Magician and my brother got a watapon I thought it was funny since I didn't even care at the time oh yeah and it was a holographic version to I don't really remember what happened to it but im probably sure its been remade into someone's underwear from those recycled mats.
so doesnt having all the exodia pieces mean anything expecially considering how hard it was in the show to summon him. I mean yu-gi-oh was the only one that successfully summoned him right?
