You and your stunning immaculate taste. Every detail is amazing. Also its a great idea. I never know what to do in that lot, but an operah house will fit perfectly in that area

It’s so beautiful! I’d love to see an opera, play or concert there. But I wondered where does the orchestra sit? This is one of the most beautiful builds I’ve ever seen.
