Lovely reaction 👍. Sam recently paid tribute to the passing of his Father recorded Live at the Hammersmith Apollo Theatre. One of the most powerful performances ever. Very emotional and beautiful 🙏 RIP
He’s a stunning vocalist, for Ren to tag along with you on the street when your just a 16 year old busking, you’ve gotta be pretty damn good to start with and since then he’s really worked on his craft.
Love this song. Thank you for your reaction. Sams voice is like no other. Many of his songs are sad as they tackle difficult subjects - but they are beautiful.
Ok, I have to just hit pause right now because right at the EXACT moment I said (out loud, and I'm here on my own- don't judge me): " Yeah, hell yeah, you sing that: THAT's what I need right now!!"... Yeah, well that's the exact moment you said: "oooo, I'm sorry", and stopped singing that sweet harmony it was crying out for... Now I feel kinda like you left me on the last V of a I-V-I-V-I-V.... (wait for it, wait for it, but it never resolves, ouch) ending. I suddenly get why my dad used to grin/grimace like that when he'd say: "oh no, not an anticlimax, that's the worst possible kind!" Love your work, and your voice. ❤
Wow, wow, wow, what an amazingly wonderful, very emotional ballad by "Sam Tompkins;- Lose It All"!!! I felt the emotion throughout the song, as many others will. I've got to finally say that, as a balladeer singer myself, i would find it difficult to sing it, due to that emotion involved. One of the best songs from a guy, that i've heard in a long time, eat your heart out "Lewis Capaldi", this guy is, in my opinion, is better than you, &, your good buddy.
