Belter... first heard this summer 2000 when id just left school and finished my g.c.s.e. exams in halewood comp! (Liverpool) It was on a lee butler 051 mix tape, if you know you know! takes me back proper. 🙌👌❤🥳🎉
this is the first version i heard (introduced to me by a dj from mercy, norwich, england). imo the best danced up version without the nasty clicks at the break @ 2:46 like the yomanda versions have funny to watch this dropped into the middle of a club night at the above break and all the punters looking lost and confused,.. ...until the beat kicks in
YES, omg I hated those clicks and when I went to try and find this on a CD I couldn't find it anywhere. There's only one CD promo that has this version without the clicks, and it very, very rarely ever comes up for sale.
Back in the early 2000s there were a couple of nightclubs that me and my friends used to go to in Leeds and a local radio station would do a live broadcast from them which we used to love. It was where I 1st heard this song though until finding it on you tube a good few yrs ago I didn't have a clue what it was but I used to love it back then when it was played. Along with Sandstorm Darude, For An Angel Paul Van Dyke with Rachel McFarlane, I used to hit the dancefloor when this song was put on! It's still an amazing song to hear today
Bro- finally after 20 plus years I know the name of the song and artist....I have a mixed CD from the times I'd go clubbing to Juarez and this is on it, along with other popular hard house hits all mixed together....this is a classic jam....
The intro to this song is simply entirely simplistic and abhorrent. It fails to provide technical justice to the remainder of the song, and it’s quite obvious. A more technical intro is beyond justified.
