My mom fully did this to my dad in the 60’s. It worked! She wanted to go to mexico and he wouldnt agree. She started slowly adding mexican dishes to menu. She bought prints of mexico and hung them up. Started playing Spanish music records. Dad came home from work one day and said, im taking a month off work, we are leaving for mexico next week. Mom was like, “what a great idea honey!”
The sandwich scene made me laugh my ass off 😂😂😂 Gloria and Phil just looked at each other and sat back, didn’t even say a word, they were a great team against the Russians 😂😂😂
@@JamesQMurphy And in the Escape Room episode, the Operation Orange Juice Alliance were complaining about their spouses while they were trapped and could only get out because their other halves are in fact the other half of their brains, yet they refused to ever admit how much smarter the Pritchetts are then them. Even though they will undoubtedly know - Claire knows for sure with Phil.
What kills me is , why couldn't Phil have just surreptitiously put the collar in the grocery bag he was carrying when Jay's back was turned, take it into the house, and then get rid of it there before coming back out? 😄
Because then they never would have been exposed hence, no Italy. Plus they might have needed a new code phrase, the best way to do that is to "kill" the old one, wait awhile, then start it up again.
And they are lucky the Pritchetts didn’t figure that last part out. Yet the season after this one, the OJ Alliance realised how much their other halves are the better halves of their brains. And they refused to tell them that 😂🤣
The Pritchetts were so arrogant that they didn't see the real thing they should've been thinking about. Their significant others whom they love so much and they love the Pritchetts for them formed an alliance to fix their problems because they're afraid to tell them the truth. Because while they would've help them they would've mostly scolded them and make them feel bad
There are 2 types of people in this world..the realists and the dreamers... The world exists because of the balance between them. There is one episode entirely about this concept. It's not that they are arrogant..it's just that they are practical about things. And that doesn't make them bad.. it's just the beauty of each couple in this series.. just enjoy it mate! Life ain't nearly half as happy as what they show it to be!
This is a trio that had my whole heart! Every plotting of them was such a blast to see and watch! Coincidentally or not tbh they were my three favourite characters from the show 😂👏🏽 wish we had even more of them plotting
Instead of considering that they can be overly judgemental... they're the victims. And the loved ones continue to make schemes because it's easier. Truly a modern family.
I don't understand why Mitchell is so upset. They did the work they were supposed to do. So what if they took help from some friends? Does he feel so offended by loosing a chance to shame his spouse?
The Pritchetts are the MOST JUDGEMENTAL people I have ever seen………I would be making alliances to if it meant avoiding the public humiliation. The best part is……..they know they would be making alliances as well to go behind the backs of THEIR SPOUSES. I love modern family but I wouldn’t be surprised if any of their marriages ended in divorce because of their secrets. Other than that GREAT SHOW 4/5⭐️
So they’ve been dedeeing their spouses. For those who don’t know DeeDee Jay’s ex wife and mother of Mitch And Claire used to manipulate their decisions especially Mitch and Cam’s.
I am sure Gloria came up with the Italy plan on her own and just told Phil and Cam what to do. She's clearly the leader of the crew and does the heavy lifting.
This vile series is a perfect example of what is wrong with the world. All the characters are egotistical self centered with no redeeming characteristics.
The only which would want different about this show is I don't want them to be interviewed all the time like The Office. I just wished it was just a normal show like that! No talking to cameras. That just takes a lot of screen time and story
