I'm surprised the mall itself hasn't gone under, especially surviving COVID-19. Malls already weren't doing great financially, so this has to be the blow that kills the mega-mall for good. They were great when we were kids, but with all the prime real estate they occupy, they're essentially useless and outdated now. Oh the times, they are a-changin'.
@@rutgerhauser2377 lol housing NEVER gets cheaper. Take it from a guy whose mom ran a building mgmt. & realty firm. Housing is a non-competitive market where the prices are set based on the area and the amenities. You won't pay $1,600 a month? Someone else will. Times are hard? All you have to do as a building owner is hold out and pay the taxes until they aren't.
