Ugh, I normally love Ant's take on social situations like this, but he's completely off. Travis got between the guy and his wife - thus meeting his manhood obligations - AND managed to defuse the situation without getting his ass kicked. It's about as good an outcome as he could have gotten.

Jimmy was mad at the position that Travis was put in just by being there with his girl. Lisa stated she wanted to see what he would do and that if he hit her, it would've been a big deal. Travis being her husband and a man in general couldn't have stood there and just let the guy hit her, drive away, and then be her witness a few weeks later in court. It was Lisa's sense of priveledge that this dude would not dare hit her and that Travis or any man would instantly jump on him that really bothered Jimmy.

As a woman, I kinda agree with Ant where the guy could’ve just waved her off and went about his business because he was pretty ignorant for taking the space. Yet, I agree with Jimmy where us women need to stop tryna fight a battle we know we won’t win. If you don’t want the fight, verbally or physically, then stfu. Period. Both were wrong for their actions. Men should not be volunteered to fight just because we run our mouths.

I'm a hot head too, yet I know when to shut my mouth as at no time will there ever be a situation where a man hits me and my man doesn't step in. Therefore whatever I start with him there, then becomes his battle. No amount of assholery is worth my guy going to jail or getting hit himself. It's just not. I would much rather go home that night with out issue than have to sit in court or in the hospital. While what the man did was stupid and probably wrong, she took a very immature stance. She has a lot of growing up to do.

***** Ant claims that if you immediately punch the guy in the face and take him down your problem is solved. Why is he completely forgetting the fact that you throw the first punch you are the first one to go to jail? There is no getting around that. I certainly don't think my guy should be burdened with the responsibility of "teaching the guy a lesson" and spend time in jail for it. Choose the action you choose the consequence. It's not worth it.

Ant is such an unbelievable hypocrite across all areas of his life. "Chivalry and honor" from the dude who cheats on every single person he's with, and some of them get bitten and kicked. Get lost, go tell your abandoned mother about it and then cuddle up to Sue.
