Nah, no way. He's not 'tistic in a productive way. That's more Pest behavior. Bobo has obsessive laser focus, but a tragic inability to direct it towards anything meaningful.
This is when I knew Bobo wasn't a real retard if anything he's just playing a character. His comebacks and response is too sharp.. Still was one of my favorite guest on the O and A show
Both of you are right. He is cosmically stupid but you can tell he dumbs it up even more in a few segments. He's actually not as completely brainless as he sounds.
