The irony of Opie laughing at Scorch being corny while simultaneously playing those stupid ass sound effects and interrupting the actual comedy is infuriating and juicy
I don’t have to imagine, I live in MA. I listened to scorch anyway, to have ant and jimmy on hand to thrash him regularly would’ve been great. Scorch was unintentionally hilarious. Opie was nothing but a drag at all times and in all capacities. I stand by the original statement.

Because if he didn’t do this 10 years ago he might have ended up with his own show. Scorch really could have helped him out getting to the top of satellite radio

It didn’t happen. There is audio out there of the day they are talking about from the O and A broadcast. Don’t recall the exact video but I heard it within the last year or so and remember thinking “so they made that yellow paint shit up”
Chest thumping Opie is the worst. "Jocktober is where we take obscure radio shows, slap them around and throw them back into obscurity" is a statement by Opie that is devoid of any self awareness.
It's hilarious that I almost applauded Opie when he said "make your finger float in the air" was actually funny, n he's so unfunny I literally felt the need to point out a good one
