@@daxasd3270 What I usually try to do is get a treaty port in there or conquer southern china but problem is at some point they get line infantry and stack troops to the point where invading them is a pain
This may seem a weird comment, but I've noticed a trend among other map-staring channels I enjoy and I want to go ahead and say, I enjoy your channel just the way it is and specifically *without* a facecam. There's a lot happening on screen in a game like Vicky 3, and your current style of narration and focus based editing is, in my opinion, already an ideal format for this style of game!

I got the same bug(?) while fighting against natives on Celebes as Dai Nam. Instant battles with my defeats, zero advance into their (or mine) territory and massive losses on my side. I got angry and just changed the country.
Isn't the reputation of "graveyard of empires" wildly overstated? Iirc England invaded twice, failing the first time and winning the second time but still being a true empire for quite some time. And the Soviets would've fallen apart maybe a little slower if they hadn't invaded but they were beyond broke at the time either way.
Well going far far back, Alexander kicked the bucket just a few years after having conquered it (and his empire just imploded into smaller kingdoms/empires).
Since I’m sure everyone here plays them, would you guys suggest getting vic3 or ck3? I’m a huge fan of paradox games but don’t yet have these two with eu4 being my favorite of the lot
CK3 is a more worthy purchase right now. It has significantly more content, users, and mods. Maybe after the first major update/dlc Victoria 3 might be worth purchasing, but right now, the price is a little too high for such a content less game.
Do you actually play Raid or do you do it for the bag? Cause if it's for the bag I totally respect that. Your videos are such high quality fine art. You deserve to be paid for it I just can't afford to. You can tell me here though. Raid won't see it. Just want to know if those were your honest opinions to see if I should try it

Big mistake. You should have passed debt slavery. Debt slavery makes it so pops below a certain wealth threshold permanently become slaves, up to a maximum of 20% of the population of a given state. If you put a tax on grain, and up taxes to max you can enslave 20% of your population in less than a year. Then, super cheap labor forever!
Alzabo plz do a communist USA run so I can replicate it I can’t switch to council republic without incurring a massive revolution from like 4 different interest groups which somehow take all of my industry in said revolt despite having little to no political power or influence!
Amazing run! But how can GB let you DDayjng with only 20 boats ? The game is cool, but this land/naval warfare system really is broken (as the AI was broken before in Vicky 2, but here it is a 2022 game x))
As soon as I got access to to opium in my game (as Sweden), things went nuts. There was basically a vertical line in the price with the game begging me to do something. More like OP-ium, am I right? ....I'll leave now.

I feel like there should be multiple recognition factions yk? Like one shouldn't have to be recognised by the recognised to be recognised. Like enough unrecognised major powers should be able to mutually recognise each other
