By 'ress' do you mean the residue that'll be on the inside of the pipes from *years* of folks smoking opium with 'em........Before they became "Antiques"? XD
If you do mean 'residue', it's called 'dross' in opium parlance. It's often scraped from opium pipes and bowls, and mixed with fresher opium. Dross is higher in morphine and codeine content than regular opium.
