Too much fat around the waistline is unhealthy. If the daughter is obese because of binge eating and lack of exercise or physical activity ,it is the duty of a mother to advise her accordingly and not tell her to accept herself the way she is!!! The physical features, skin colour are all God given, that is something we should be comfortable with , but maintaining the body well is in our hands. It's easy to become fat but to keep yourself fit and maintain a certain weight according to your height is very difficult. Many don't want to make that effort and grow fat ,which is wrong.

Being a big girl, I have been with a few thin guys who were attracted to me naturally and I could see that. I never regretted...But I agree bug girls do face criticism and judgement..Its good to effort to stay healthy but women go through different changes physically at different phases of life for different reasons.. Respect their bodies and love them for their heart.. For that to happen first women need to stop feeling guilty for being heavy and start embracing their body and stay confident in their own skin....
