The truth is alot of Māori and other Polynesian people abuse their kids either through physical abuse or emotional by using verbal put downs and yelling at them. The truth hurts and many people try to redirect the blame elsewhere either by calling racism or failure of government organisation.
Yes when I go out I often see our brown people shouting and grunting at their children. They need to learn how to speak to children properly in English and treat them with respect and kindness
I know a young wahine maori who was adopted into a pakeha whanau. She was raised to know her maori culture, got a great upbringing and a loving family, finished high school, etc . At 17 she decided to move back with her birth parents, after 1 week of living at her birth mothers home all of her clothes were stolen by her family and bullying/ physical abuse ensued eventualy resulting in her being raped and returning to her adopted whanau a year later. The sad reality is that sometimes, in extreme cases( that a more common than you may assume) to properly flourish in this world, we need to be taken out of shit familys, and placed into loving homes that actualy give a danm about us .
Nope, I totally disagree. The first and foremost priority is the safety, well-being and care for the child. If whanau or community do not provide the cultural needs or risk the endangerment of the child’s safety, then the child must be given to a foster parent who can provide the love, care, security, education and support that the child needs regardless of ethnicity.
@@Resettheatari-l2e that's what is meant to happen and people wounded how gangs started in the first place. The poor trusted the people who sed to the world they could be trusted with innocent lives because they are a branch of the government and church relations.
Looking at those three women you can see the problem Nothing about what caused the children to be in care Look after your own children and get off our back And in the meantime get a real job
Looking at this comment, I can see the problem. First, stop liking your own comments. Second, stop pretending you give a damn about these kids and just admit you came here because Act sent you,Troll.
@@wazmac3864 I don't care about bashed maori kids if maori parents don't! What I do care about is us tax payers having to pay millions to look after them. And the crime wave that bashed children cause when they get older
@@Digmen1 Looking at this comment I can see the problem. A troll so despicable that it readily admits its a basic racist who makes race associations based on an Act quiz it played once, preferring to make money it's main resort for chidcare-comes to say it doesn't care about Maori kids on a kindergarten comment thread.Gross. Get a job, Troll.
@Digmen1 Looking at this comment, I can see the problem. Your trollish opinions demonstrate fear and ignorance based entirely on a strawman argument. Just say Act sent you,Troll.
