Oprah said she had the most fun she's ever had at Ellen's recent 60th birthday bash, and admitted that even though she didn't recognize a lot of stars, at least she left with a lot more celebrity friends.
Juan Mardson i once watch oprah said, she never sleep late, she sleeps around 9 or 10 pm every single night....so, i think midnight is the best she can at a party
Oh that would be hilarious! I think Oprah would be the person trying to figure out directions because she seems like the "in charge" one. Ellen would be the one interrupting Oprah all the time to just annoy her and Michelle would be the mediator to calm them down and the social bee...talking to people as they make their stops.
D.M. Shrestho ellen is my hero! I love her so much! But I don’t know why Ellen always compares herself to Oprah, and when she does that, she humbles herself. I don’t like that. I think she’s so much better than Oprah!
Areeana Chy yes! Oprah is inspiring, but she's not as perfect as the people think she is. I want to point out. Oprah once invited Aishwarya Rai and her husband. Oprah's team showed some facts about supposedly Aish's husband, which should be flattering, such as him being the most famous person in India and Asia, with hundreds of films or something. In fact, it was his father, or Aish's father in law. It's such a shame for Oprah's team not to research better. And I started to look at Oprah in a different way. Lol. It made Aish's husband uncomfortable the whole time, and people surely could tell that in the video!
Her parties sound fun, they don't sound like your usual "I'm just organising booze and snacks, entertain yoself" party (which is a nightmare for any introvert).
I see you’re still on the great celebrity = great politician train. Hollywood is fake so your leaders will continue to be fake - raise a fu.cki ng leader and elect them - someone that can deal with the world not someone who can act
Actually there were really famous actors that came to our hospital one day and I did not recognize them at all but when people mention their names, I recognize them. If they have the same skin color, they all look alike to me lol
I can't believe O said she doesn't know alot of celebrities. During the 25 years she was on TV, she interviewed all the A-listers in Hollywood and the music business!
Oprah is so humbled I love her. Saying that she has not celebrities friends when I am sure every celebrity knows who Oprah is and would love to be her friend. She is a true definition of a simple humbled woman.
Back in the day I had a huge apartment on the top floor of a three-story building on the corner of Flatbush Avenue and Prospect Place in Brooklyn. The people on the second floor were friends of mine. There was an Egyptian deli-grocery on the first floor. Flatbush Avenue is basically a four-lane 24/7 noisy highway that cuts through Brooklyn, so we could make all the noise we wanted. For six years, I threw some LEGENDARY two-story parties, with people running up and down the stairs and the fire escape. I knew DJ's who played classic house music and disco. Our Halloween parties were off the hook. We always had a diverse crowd and everybody got along. My dining room was the dance floor and it was packed for hours. Ellen's parties sound very similar. Now granted, I wasn't rich or famous, but I'm getting a little tired of some of the cynical comments on here assuming that a person can only throw a great party if you have the money. That's bullsh*t. You know what you have to do? You have to WORK AT IT!!! You have to make people want to come to your parties. Having fun does not just happen. It involves real labor. You have to plan, you have to give people some place to be, a reason to be there, and then you have to clean up all that sh*t when the party is over! So good for Ellen and Portia for throwing the kinds of parties that people want to go to, even if many of those people are rich celebrities. I'm sure there are plenty of rich and famous people who throw some pretty p*ss poor parties. Damn.
I love watching both of them. I can't just figure out who is the host... Hahaha! I love you guys! You guys adorable and fun to watch. I was smiling the whole episode watching both you. How was that?God bless to both of you.
Hello Ellen, happy birthday ! You really inspired me and many more women..I'm a kurdish law professor from Kurdistan-Iraq. I hope to join your show... my respect.
That's why i love Ellen she makes my entire life worth living. I've been through so much in my life and she is my ray of sun shine that helps me get through my day
hands down the two best 1) talk show hosts, 2) philanthropists, 3)women, I could go on but even as a stable genius can only count to three (kinda like the "other" one).
wow she is so much more down to earth than I thought she'd be. Also, I mean the fact she mentions Gayle and not her husband, it kinda makes me really think those 2 are in a relationship - which is totally ace, whatever works for her/them :)
