I can't believe she's turning 70; she has no idea how much she meant me to us over the years. She's my Maya Angelou ❤

Oprah is looking the best she's ever looked and at her most wise! I love when she said Maya told her she never knows what her legacy will be. That goes for all of us. We all will never know the people we will affect by our existence. The things we say and do can have an impact in ways we don't even realize.

Growing up in the 80's and 90's my mother fell in love with Oprah and so did I. She deserves every penny she's EARNEDd! We need another Oprah in these troubled times. She looks AMAZING. I am so grateful to her for touching my life. I ( along with the rest of America ) loved her and her show!

Oh that Oprah! She is like everyone’s wise Auntie, warm, inspirational, and encouraging.

Oprah has spent about half of her life in the public eye. At each turn, you can feel the sincerity and see the conscientiousness she puts into all that she does. Seventy looks fabulous on her, and it’s wonderful to hear her words of wisdom.

Oprah looks amazing. Can’t believe she’s approaching 70! Wow! So much she’s accomplished in the last 40yrs or so. Thankful I attended the Girls Getaway cruise in 2019 and the previous tours. She’s so inspiring, humble, anointed and appointed to do what she has done. Can’t wait to see what she does next! 😊

I love the legacy part. It means we all have a legacy to leave regardless whether we’re a celebrity, rich, poor, educated, not educated, etc. 🙌🏽

This interview has really inspired me more than I have been in a long time. I’m 53 and times these days have been very tough, I’m glad to be reminded that we all have legacies to leave. I hope I can still have time to do something significant with my life and that it’s not too late. Congratulations on turning 70 Oprah!!! We all need to be reminded that we are lucky to live for as long as we have, whether we are 7 or 70. The pandemic has shown us how fragile and precious our lives are. Let’s try to make something out of them and not waste away. 💕

I love Oprah ❤I grew up watching her show with my mom and she changed my life. She was our therapy and healing when we couldn’t afford to go to therapy 🙏🏽

Oprah is a teacher. She has taught so many and as a result of Oprah's teachings, she has bettered millions of lives. She is an inspiration. She's humble and not afraid to show her imperfections. From red dirt roads in Miss to the top. She's is anointed.

Whenever I hear Oprah share her story, I get the chills. What an incredible, authentic and astounding woman.

Love you, Oprah! I have had several undeniable miracle moments like you described, about how Quincy Jones discovered you! Those life changing moments when you know it's the hand of God working with you! One time it was with your "Super Soul Sunday" show; you had a minister on your show and he talked about being touched by the Holy Spirit. Everything that he described was what I had experienced the night before. My eyes were wide open and I was stunned silent. I may not agree with everything you say (who agrees with any one person 100% of the time?), but I know God has blessed you, God is with you and you have been a blessing to millions of others!

Can't believe my dear Oprah Winfrey will be 70. There isn't a SINGLE Oprah Show I haven't seen at least twice. Thats 4500 x 2!!! She has been my role model as long as I can remember! 💕

She was/is a life coach before it was “in” to be such… she LITERALLY HAS TOUCHED/ELEVATED MORE LIVES THAN SHE WILL EVER REALIZE!!! She was someone I could not wait to hear from after school ❣️❤️❣️

Watched the original in 1990 in social studies class in Australia and it moved and changed me and my BFF. We still sing Miss Celie’s blues. One of the most impactful and profound movies ever. Everyone was outstanding but Oprah and Whoopi were on another level. I was kinda unsure about watching the remake as it was so perfect but if Oprah is a producer and we get more insight on the characters then I will give it a whirl. Thank you Oprah for moving me and inspiring me in so many different ways. ❤

Love you mama O. Don’t know where I would be in my life had I not watched her show everyday after school from the time I was 12 until the show ended.

It was powerfully healing. It was the forgiveness… It was the power of letting go and letting love heal all things. I’m so thankful. I watched Spielberg’s version and I felt the strength of finding my voice and now I’m so grateful that I saw the rest of the story and found the closure and power of healing. Those many moments of - empowerment- when Celie dances in her shop, winning at life and making it through her darkest days, triumphant and in full joy of her accomplishments - finding and experiencing care and love from another human being in Shug Avery - reading the letters from her sister and finally being able to know that her sister was trying to tell her that she loved her The moments around the tree - seeing her grown children and finding closure with them and feeling that moment of all the hopes and dreams and love and celebration - the forgiveness when the tormentor of her life walked over in humility and how her forgiveness was given a long time ago and how there was peace , just peace that she freely gave to him So much gratitude for the story, so much gratitude for the writers, so much gratitude for the artist of each interpretation, so much gratitude for the producers… So much gratitude for the teaching, connecting, the allowing for us to feel, the allowing for us to process, the allowing for us to see ourselves, the allowing for us to heal… Thank you 🙏🏽 to all and to the universe/God for speaking and feeling through us
