Pistola is the player I've enjoyed watching the most throughout all of my years watching competitive Halo. I'd love to meet him and thank him for all the entertainment throughout my childhood and beyond. A true legend.
Been watching this guy since he started competing and still my favourite player hands down. Have had the luck in randomly teaming with him a few times in halo 3 and played against him in match making. He is a player no one welder will ever play like.
I have a halo "pokedex," trying to get games with all the pros. I have NEVER found a Pistola in the wild! Congrats man, he's a real G Edit: I have most of the others. No Final Boss members though, which sucks
@@wheatsmcteats9122 nice man! I skipped much of h3 (blasphemy from a "classic" halo guy, I know lol) but I eventually did get a lot of h3 era dudes. Neighbor etc best man, I actually got my booty whipped by Heinz in mcc not long ago. Ran about 20 games with Naded. Gotta fill out my advent calendar/Pokedex 😂 but only natural in matchmaking, no paying for games/sending invites etc
@@davemccombs yah mine were also random match making! Played a lot of other pros too. As I’m sure a lot of people who were a level 50 in MLG or doubles lol
I like how more chill this guy is interviews. Lots of other players come across quite tryhard in interviews and he just feels passionate because he loves the game. New respect for this guy!

Man this interview could have been 10 minutes longer. Ola is such a great player and just seems like a wholesome dude. I've been an Ola fan since H2, and I'm so glad he's still in the scene.
I felt this. Other games just don't scratch that itch. As a hockey player, Halo feels like a similar pace, with the ebbs and flows of aggression, and highs and lows of rage, adrenaline and dopamine. I played Warzone Rebirth for 6 months, and it came close to that vibe for me, but ultimately Halo is the GOAT.
I always thought of ola as a chill dude. He earned his nickname "the wizard". I dont understand how ppl hate on so much when optic loses as if he was to blame, unless you're on that pro stage competing you can't talk. Haters tend to forget that he is competing against other pros.
Stop the drop Pistola talk. They just got 2nd against the team no one can beat currently. Optic is nasty and they have a great Coach. Be real fans and support them through the adversity. Pistola is in the perfect position. He doesn’t have to be the All Star Slayer. Lucids got that title. He knows the game as good as anyone, and it’s still early Infinite.
One of the goats . only og2 or roy can be considered better. Crazy he got dropped for formal. He will land on good team hopefully with snipedown or EU.
