You can use Culling Blade on a creep to get the kill buff, but it will go on cool down. It used to work on couriers too, if I remember correctly.

It just extends the buff so you do get both armor and speed throughout the whole duration.

Extends the duration for armor as well but the description explicitly mentions "speed bonus duration" instead of "buff duration" so either a bug or just a shitty description.

previous 2 patches everyone built vanguard blademail into heart, now those items are nerfed into the ground which makes axe unplayable since he NEEDS vanguard and BM no matter what patch.
