I had my husband listen to his advise regarding ED. We are 72 and he thinks it just happens to every man his age. Ann Eddleston cooks spinach everyday and keeps it in a jar to be eaten 6 times a day with a little vinegar on it. I am going to start that habit too. I want my husband to be and stay the up right as long as possible. 😊

I was vegan for 6.5 years with a yo-yoing of the amount of whole foods vs. processed foods I ate. I finally said enough’s enough and I’ve been strictly WFPB for 1.5 years now, and I’ve been loving it!

He skips breakfast, eats oil, and thinks dark chocolate (high in saturated fat) is a health food? He looks great so clearly something’s working for him, but I’m more on the Doctor Gregor side of the equation when it comes to nutrition.

They have been stripped of fiber and protein. You are left with no nutrients and 100 percent fat that will damage your endothelium. Whole foods are better.

Dr. Gregor is science based,this doctor is religious. Oils are highly processed 100 percent fat; empty calories with no fiber and little nutrients that will damage the endothelium. Looks don’t tell the whole story.

You don't avoid breakfast. If you eat early, in the afternoon, or at night, you're still breaking your fast..."breakfast" can be any time of the day. Now, avoiding breakfast foods is another thing.

Why broccoli over kale? Why normal spuds over sweet?? I'd love to know why he made all the choices he did. I agree with him on most but possibly for different reasons. (Broccoli's easier to prepare than kale! lol)

Ive had the auto immune disease alopecia 10 years into a vegan diet, nearly lost my whole beard currently, so its hype talk, mind you i think its the stress of tryi g to do it all right that has alot do do with it.. nori sheets ground flax seeds brazil nuts pepitas b12 vitamin d sunscreen for tanned male skin no salt no oil etc etc its all been pretty hectic for me as a minimalistic naturalist kind of person, U can't miss a day of information or you might miss out on something vital that your supposed to be doing, it's pretty ridiculously stressful, I doubt many vegans even know what they are supposed to be doing yet they are probably doing better than I am, ignorance is bliss they say

I would like to see more videos done on Blood Types, coz I’m convinced that not everyone does well on WFPB. I’m a type A so it fits my body type well, but I know so many people that thrive on meat based and their body seems to reject legumes and grains. Just look at Casey from Vegetable Police channel. He is O. None of the vegan protocols ever worked for him and he’s tried it all. His girlfriend is type A and is perfectly fine. Coincidence? There is something to it.

Health vegans aren't swayed by small samples and anecdote. They're more likely to be looking at the data from the long term epidemiological studies into the diets of billions.

I have to disagree with him. I would recommend the meditereanian style lifestyle. Working in the supplement business for yrs has opened my eyes greatly. There are many pluses to vegetarian. You do feel lighter, cleaner and can run up those stairs as if you were 16 again, you are most likely a peacefull soul too🚩 but not all is rosy on that side of the fence. There are downsides. The body requires a multiplicity of various nutrients which can only come from a wide variety type diet. Your body tissues require it. The doctor mentions flax over fish. Yes fish is extremely contaminated today with pcb's, mercury and more but it is better for brain health and maintaining hormone levels. Supplements remove those toxins. Flax lowers testosterone if you eat it regularly and is inferior to animal sources like fish omegas. The one advantage to flax is again you are more likely to be a more loving peacefull individual not given to war etc. Is that due to lowered hormone levels? 🚩More than likely. If you are a longtime vegetarian you also put yourself at risk for osteoporosis plus cognitive and mouth issues. Many doctors don't know or choose to leave out the negatives in a diet and paint the entire picture as rosy. 🚩 They all do it and unfortunately we suffer. Oftentimes you can avoid a whole array of health issues just by having your daily supply of adequate nutrients via natures food. All those insane new fad diets from keto, vegan etc unfortunately rear their ugly head yrs later and oftentimes that damage cannot be reversed. Protect yourself and your body by getting adequate nutrition.
