Anyways, place looks great and you got sunshine all over your face lady! Do hope you and yours have a wonderful evening. It's been a long day it seems. Hot here in North Carolina mountains. Used to freezing my butt off eight months out of the year. I came from California so the heat doesn't get to me much, but the humidity has always given me breathing issues. I visited Washington State once. Got about twenty miles from Seattle then turned around(truck driving with my uncle). I really liked Hood River wherever it was, there or Oregon. I always wanted to go back. Everyone from out that way is moving this way and bringing all their money. Everything is going up so high in prices. It's unreal how just ten years ago, you could buy an acre of land for 2k and average rent for a three bedroom was at most 650. Now you can't find an acre less than 50k and a one bedroom apt is around 1200. Most the locals are being pushed out. It's life I suppose. Well onto evening duties. They're not going to do themselves!
