Does the USED value reflect the true usage for example if there are more requests used value will be higher or if there are 0 requests to POD then used value will be 0 i would imagine? This seems so complex to me not sure what the secret sauce is :)
Hi Dheeraj, apologies for getting to this so late! USED does reflect _actual_ usage as an absolute value. At around 6:20 you can see a workload where there is no request set for CPU, yet USED is 3.57 CPU due to actual usage.
