This is for your local network. From pc to pc. Not internet speeds. All this does is stop services the are running in the background. One could argue that it helps to facilitate faster network connections, Although in reality, It simply allows your processor to not run unused services in the background. This would be great for low powered systems, but Low powered systems don't generally run windows. Most small linux disros don't run any of these services at all. One could easily argue that in order to speed up your home network, all you have to do is uninstall windows.

What LOL ... He is just turning off energy saving which is fine. The offload stuff is fine to turn off also. RSS I wouldnt mess with it unless you understand it, as it requires other stuff to be on. As always, do NOT mess with stuff you dont understand. Do your research.

RSS is very CPU heavy (max 2) overall the NIC is much more and better optimized for networktraffic then the CPU by driver/software. if u can offload things to the NIC then use it and u have better game FPS, throughput, less CPU usage ...

I found this by searching for "how to combine Network 1, Network 2, Network 3, etc names" do u know how to combine/delete older network 1 names? it makes a new Network #, since today's the 7th day I'm using tethering, it's now Network 7 Edit: it's off topic and another issue Edit: Nothing seems changed but maybe because I'm in tether mode, gonna come back one day.

Control Panel > Network and Internet > Ethernet > Change Adapter Options > Right Click on your Controller > Hit Configure

at the search bar at the bottom, seach "device manager" then scroll down to network adapters, then pick realtek PCIe family controller, then the advanced tab.

Search how to optimize WiFi with tcp optimizer but before everything, search how to create a restore point Just in case or search how to reset WiFi options, the reset WiFi options would be the Best one if anything bad happens

U need to be on pc first after go to settings press network and internet then from status click change adapter options then once ur there right click ur wifi press properties then press configure then click advanced and ur there
