Watching this podcast I can’t help but ask… Why do scientist and some drs now call Alzheimer’s Type 3c Diabetes? I had a Total Pancreatectomy & Splenectomy due to high grade dysplasia by Dr. Douglas Slakey 10 years ago. Living without a pancreas due to injury &/or disease is what makes one a Type 3c Diabetic. I’m technology called a Type 3c Pancreatogenic Diabetic treated as a Brittle Type 1 w/pump & insulin and a sensor.
Easier said than done for those of us struggling financially. Kevin actually brought up this point @ 1:31:47. We have limited farmers markets in my area, but they are really expensive. I just wish they were more affordable. We shouldn't have to pay a premium to get better quality food.
