Am I only one using i3 7th gen CPU, 4gb Ram and Intel hd 600 GPU LAPTOP? Full potato PC but I respect it because my mother sold her golden neckless for buying this ❤
I've been doing computer optimization for half my life, and after trying to bring the most bottom of the barrel laptops to desktops back to life, most of the time the main fix is a decent gpu even if you have a super old intel cpu, although I did get games like fortnite, stalcraft, minecraft, roblox, and league to work with a i7-810 paired with a gt 520 and managed 40-60~ this is great content to see, pushing limits of old tech :) best advice for people that want to go budget, just buy a optiplex 7050 for $160 off ebay and a 1080ti for $180 and you'll be able to run most games, and if you're truly down bad, just get a gtx 750 with a i7-870
@@lecctron have you also tried using a custom OS on this pc like revios, ggos, or atlas os? if not I still have a copy of ggos in a Google drive I can give you, imo I believe it's truly the most barebones version of windows 10 I've used
i had an old 2012 office pc before which lets say i optimised it as much as i possibly could (i3 3220, intel hd 2500 specs 💀) i did get used to playing at like 30-40 fps so when i got a new pc it was huge getting 60+ fps
on my experience, the less you have the happier you get in gaming. I used to play on my office laptop, and now that i have the PC that i wanted, I'm left just browsing the web and not playing the games that i bought on steam.
Nah because I fr got that one friend. He easily runs 120+ on max graphics while I can’t even run 60 on low which is why I’m on console until I get a new pc. But then 2 days ago he said “You should get siege or warzone on pc”. Knowing I wouldn’t play either and my pc would just blow up I declined. Sad thing is it’s always the most detailed games he wants to play knowing all I’ll see is 13 frames per second. Now ima watch this video and hop on my pc tomorrow to see if this works
This was my life for a while Man oh man the jump from an i5-5350u and intel hd graphics 6000 on a macbook with a 900p screen to an i9-13900k and an RX7900XTX on a 4k screen is not even a day and night, its a whole freaking galaxy change man.
You can build a really nice pc for less then 500€ on the AM4 platform, with new and used parts. You can get an used 1080ti for very cheap now, really nice card with 11gb VRAM and still holds up well in meny games, little bit of undervolt if you going with the Turbo fan "blower style" 1080ti's and you can get the temps down alot and make it less noisy, and ofc apply new fresh thermal paste and pads.
bruh my 2022-2023 setup was a crappy refurbished lenovo from amazon with a gt 710 added on, it was so bad but now i have a random 1b ddr3 ram dell with a gtx 1050ti
i'm pretty sure, i was playing RE7 after 1 year release with 710m (yes it's mobile version) with intel celeron 1007u and very potato settings (720p, 60% - 70% render scaling, all very low settings, 13 inch monitor, etc.) suprisingly it's 'playable' for me in that day, i even finished that game. But i'm not sure it's 'playable' for me today.
Yes Exit Lag program does work and i have been using it for more than a year but what it does not fix is the shity game server of the game you play most of the lag spikes and packet loss are related to the PC settings , energy save, interrupt moderation, offload settings , RSSQueue , Auto Tuning , CTCP , MTU , nagles algorithm
bro ive been complaing aboujt having ping... for the longest and i knew exit lag existed and had tried it before and it just didnt work made 0 difference but i installed it today tried it and shit works so amazingly
My laptop costs around 700 bucks from 2020 and cant even run valorant's loading screen. try that. Intel pentium silver n4200 ddr3 4 gb ram at 1600mhz intel hd 605 and a hard disk which is always at 100% lol
Love u lec, i only ever buy mid tier stuff, i could care less about ray tracing 4k. As long as its playable im down. Had a 1660 super in my rig for so long, before that was a 970 that i traded for lmao. Rocked an i3 6100 with both of those until ab 2 years ago when i got a ryzen 3600
a gt710 costing 20 bucks is diabolical for such a horrid card, i'd save up and get a gtx750ti even if im on rock bottom and will have to wait extra time to get it
