Here's the specs on what you need to build a custom stove burner riser so you can use a standard burner or standard regulated burner on a one-pint stove like the Optimus 00. You'll probably need to get a machinist to custom cut a tap for the non-standard burner thread. The best fit is a 37/64" major diameter thread with a 34 threads-per-inch pattern. A 14.5mm major diameter with a 0.75 pitch metric thread is the next best fit.
The M13x1.00 tank thread is a tight fit, so you'll need to manipulate the custom order metric tap to cut the thread slightly deeper. Make sure to use a bottoming tap to cut threads all the way to the bottom of the riser socket and have a completely flat bottom to the tank connection.
