@@needleswasteland420 it's not about what he did, it's how he did it. He could have gone for a clean decapitation, just a cut on the neck. It's just extra violent. Which fits Bayverse and ROTB Prime perfectly, but doesn't really fit Optimus as a character.

To be fair though heroes kill heroes or villains in wars.Not to mention it has been shown when his friends were almost killed in TFP he goes ballistic and almost for the kill so him being a wise calm general and father figure to his bots and killing only some cons that are too dangerous would be good.A bit anti-heroish I admit but hey that would be a good explored avenue though if Peter Cullen wanted a no kill rule Optimus Prime I would support him.
