Executive pckg, fiona red extended, carbon fiber package(dont feel like doing any body work down the line) 826 rims black rims red callipers as well(same as you) but regular seats. I will be tuning it tho, lol no doubt. Bro, gonna have to do meet up at some point once i get mines in a few months..💯
I honestly can't even decide if the laser lights look better than the standard. The blue plastic and yellow stickers inside the housing look too loud, imo. I really like how understated the standard LEDs are.

I spec'd the laser lights for the DRL effect only, I'm indifferent about the brightness factor, but I love the full length DRL. I didn't spec the Carbon buckets bc I'm 6'5 250, and they weren't comfortable for more than 10 minutes...the sport seats are very comfortable, just don't look as cool. I like the wood trim too, I know someone with the same wood on his G80 and looks good...but I got the carbon fiber in my G82 because I specifically wanted the carbon steering wheel and paddles. I left the Exec Package out because the only thing I cared about is the remote start, and that can be added after for $330. I've always turned off HUD's and Gesture Control, and living in the southwest the heated steering wheel is unnecessary, and power trunk is meh... I rather save the money and get the remote start afterwards via ConnectedDrive.
Congrats on the car as well I just picked up an X3 and I felt the same way about the options but maybe consider actually showing us what you’re talking about like the wood trim and stuff not everyone knows what a modern bmw looks like
Congrats man! Sad to see you leave the M340i community but this is a come up! Adding some underseat subs from Bavsound will wake that HK system right up! I’ve used the same pair in my last 3 BMWs…really easy way to get more punch quickly!

I ordered everything, every package, except carbon seats, I’m 6’3 over 240, as well, and they just wouldn’t be comfortable for me. But the rest, check, check, check. Carbon ceramics, yup, M Drivers Pagkage, top speed limiter increased to 180, yup. Give it all to me. I didn’t want to have to make my own video like this. But, either way, like you said, it’s still an M4 Comp. And be glad you didn’t drop the $107k, it’s going to leave a mark in the ole wallet. But the gold calipers on Dravit Gray, is 🔥 plus, no brake dust. 🤣🤣🤣 I just installed the full M Carbon Breathers, and even those make the car look good. This car is amazing, enjoy it, and keep the videos coming. Your M340 videos are the first videos I saw, that got me looking at even getting a BMW. I was dead sold on an M440i and then I saw the M4. My Cabriolet will arrive in December. I passed on the carbon extras and ceramic brakes but everything else will be there even the air scarf for driving on cool night with the top down. Sad Paulo Yellow, my first yellow car.

Awesome and informative review. Quick question about the seats. Many reviewers recommend against the competition seats if you are over 200 pounds. The concern they raise is comfort over long drives. Have you taken the car for long drives (over 2 hours)? Did you experience discomfort? How does your spouse/girlfriend like the seats? Thanks
Bruh....yeah you fuk'd up. BMW lights are iconic. They are pivotal in intimidating the enemy thru their rear view mirrors. BMW has been bullshittin with their headlight technology lately and Audi has easily overtaken them with their digital matrix LED and OLED rear lights. And Audi's projector lights w/animations are currently KING of Lights. You definitely should have added the laser lights just to get the ful-sized halo's.
My Cabriolet is on its way to Scottsdale, São Paulo Yellow with Ivory extended leather. I got every option but I don’t like the carbon and the carbon buckets. I even got the neck warmers. Can’t wait!

Funny: same comments. I just bought a 23 430 GC. I couldn't get HK; BMW base stereo is absolute trash. Headlights- didn't care too much about the laser lights but it didn't come with cornering lights, or fog lights and no damned hud! Once you've had a car hud, etc, it's hard to not have it.
Yo - I have a G82 M4 and had an F82, both in 6 speed manual. I love the G82, but BMW really cheaped out on some stuff. (I actually have more options than your competition.) For instance my peddle rubber fell apart in the first month, the drive recorder is like 10 yr old tech, and they replaced the carbon fiber engine brace with metal. I have the laser lights. I hope a software update comes out soon to use them more frequently! Congrats and enjoy!
the thing you said at the end is fact. when my boy got his m6 grand coupe, i feel like i was more happy for him than when i be when i get my whips. i be feeling that way for everyone around me. got my boy into modding his cars and he bought custom ceika coilovers for his s550 benz. been hyping him up ever since lol.
Black wheels look like no wheels . Machine faced a nice middle ground . I went with laser headlights and CF seats , manual trans . Of course if u live NY or LA high traffic auto May be your choice . I ordered Bkln grey /red also
The US congress just approved the use of Laser and Adaptive headlights. You should’ve gotten them because you can also code in the Euro features and now it’s more than likely bmw will have all that coded in via software updates

Never buy a m car with a sunroof never! It runs the car! More weight on top! And with carbon roof the car is noticeably more planted and handles better!
@@Slowspeed yea I made that mistake my first m4 was 2020 with sunroof i didn't order it (big mistake) then i was loosing sleep because i really wanted the carbon roof so i made a great deal with sales guy at bmw I only lost 2000 and i got the carbon roof and what a big difference! the car was more planted felt soo much lighter off the top! The sunroof definitely ruins the performance of the car!
See I want a sunroof but don’t know if you can get it with the competition seats. I have yet to see that (rare) combo which is why I want it even more. I’m also not interested in tracking my car so the carbon roof option doesn’t do a thing for me.
Thank God I watched your video. I ordered a M3 2022 Comp x drive and I did not order the ex-package nor the lazer lights until i watch your video and if I would not have ordered the heads up display I would of died. I thought the heads-up was standard on the Comp x drive...and also I did not know the lazer lights curled up on the end. I thought the only difference was the fact that the lazer lights had blue in them..and not the day time running lights are just a little dash on the bottom....thank you for going into that detail...so glad I watched you video keep up the good work
Yo I was thinking the exact thing months ago, I was almost certain I was gonna grab a ‘20 X3M and tune it turbos…. The works. But the used car market was crazy and didn’t make sense. Started looking at ‘18 F90 M5 for around 80k but got hesitant ,they were 40-50k miles. Finally decided on the G8x
TBH when you said you opted for the wood trim...I thought you were buggin BUT that actually looks really good. Definitely an alternative to the carbon fiber
Congrats and welcome to the M Family. I picked up my eighth straight BMW (a 2021 M3 Comp - Brooklyn Gray) as part of the Performance Delivery option (did three European Deliveries, but they are no longer offered) and I love the car. I'm sure you will also, but understand the car and color just might become a "cop magnet", so please invest in a good radar detector if possible.
Im glad your taking your car to the track sometime. You'll get to understand your car on another level. BMW does a great job with their M3/M4 especially the brakes. Your car is a torque monster so controlling the oversteer will be a fun battle. Once you track it you'll never look at your car the same. Promise
Nice whip! One comment on the HK stereo....it does need to be tweaked to get good sound, but it does sound great. Check some of the forums for a starting point and tune from there for your preferences. :)
no sunroof is the best, i HATE sunroofs lol. when i replace my e70 x5m, im gonna save my pennies over a year or 2 and get someone to make a carbon roof.
