Options Trading Challenge: $100K to $200K with beginner option strategies (Update for 2024-07-15) 

I closed out the SATS position that I entered on February 24, 2023 when DISH was trading at $13.24. It subsequentely fell to $3.32 on November 16, 2023, a drop of 75 percent.
Prior to entering the fateful DISH trade, my cash balance was $133875. Today, after exiting the SATS position, my balance is $133,943. So, my reward for tying up my money for 16 months is $68. That's not a very efficient use of capital.
