Lili's combos now in tekken 7 requires faster hands, unlike her combos in Tekken 6, its so dull and slow. But the damage is damn big, she got a lot of launcher.
you press up to cancel then you have to tap back in order to cancel the sidestep. If you plan on blocking straight after then you tap up then HOLD back.
kalak is actually canceling it with up command. dew glide ss cancel into the foreground happens here because kalak is on player 1 side on his end, netplay allowing players to choose the side.
