Behave at night, i live here, is not as safe as they picture it, and if you get into troubles, cops are hand in hand with gypsies and won't do anything but to blame you. Avoid night time, often even after 21 in between 23 is awful. I don't even say of after 23. But if you don't go everyday out like me, then you might not meet many problems, just be safe.
