Thank you for this information. It was super helpful. I'm going to see my doctor in few days because my acne came back after changing my birth control and its now unbearable. My pimples are huge and under the skin. They hurt so bad.
@Andrea Ferri I think if it was just random and went away, you should be fine but definitely mention it to your doctor when you go back to see him. If it's a constant pain you should call your doctor right away
@@danielpaton2104 so far my more bigger and redder pimples have subsided but I still have deep scarring and get acne just maybe not as bad. I’ve finished my first month and started my second.
@@bheekhooyashina1437 that is one of the side affects but no I didn’t. I did however feel nauseous after I take the medication and from time to time I get light headed
It really depends on how bad your acne is. Unfortunately some people need to be on long-term treatment but hopefully this is very rare as long-term antibiotics can be harmful. Usually people I treat are only on for a month or two and then the topical prescriptions take over from there and they stop the oral antibiotics.
Sir I am 30 years old and i suffer Pusfilled Acne last 10 years And Face Skin allergy And I used Doxycycline Hyclate capsules But the problem is still please suggest me Best Solution
I was depressed for few week, then I have a break out that came from notwhere and my face got completely covered, really bad acne for 3 weeks already. The doctor had tryied differet medications and gets worse. He said that it is a reaccion from my body because of my anxiety and depression that can need to be treated with anti depressant because acne medication is irritating my skin really bad and making it worse. It is driving me crazy. I have tryed many things and nothing work ,even aloe, honey with cinnamon. I don't know what else to do.
never try "natural remedies" like pure honey mixed with whatever bs and put it on your face, i can promise you they never work as someone with stubborn acne and can even make it worse (i mean i cant speak for others but this is speaking from my experience) Youve probably already tried it but have you tried cutting out dairy consumption? Another thing you should look into if you havent either is the skincare products you use, there can be harmful ingredients. I know i used this one cheap cleanser + toner that triggered my acne so badly that i got cystic acne and i never realised it was one of my triggers... those both had alcohol denat, which is known to be drying and not good for the skin overall so i do suspect that made my acne just worse i do understand you though, i also have very stubborn acne and i just could not understand why it would not go away... it wasnt fair that others could do whatever and eat whatever and not get a single pimple while i had to watch out for what i ate and take care of my skin religiously yet still having bad acne
I have been on antibiotic on and off for many years. No doubt, it clears up the skin for 7-8 months but the acne does come back. Moreover, there are a lot of online articles stating that overuse of antibiotics kills the good bacteria in your gut. Is it worth taking antibiotics then?
For short periods of time, to control a bad outbreak, I think oral antibiotics are a reasonable choice. However, if you are on and off of oral antibiotics for years it is probably time to look at a more appropriate long term treatment regimen.
No! I can tell you for experience Dermatologist that prescribe antibiotics left and right for everything first are not fixing the problem, it's just a fast solution that will damage your gut microbiome, like it did in mine, now everything that I eat I have very discomfort and bloating..... I'm not a doctor, but from what I have search on the internet a LOT of people have the same issues. Not only that but you will get resistance to the antibiotics and when you really need they will not work.
@@DoctorpediaYT I want to know about the appropriate long term treatment of acne as I am on tetracycline for over 3 years. What should I do in this situation and what would be the right treatment for acne problem?
Usually it is topical medications that have a retinoid in them, different medicated cleaners, and other prescriptions. Please do see if anything you are eating could be contributing as well.
@@priyanshi678 abhii maine stop kiya hain meri health ki wajah se . Stop krne k baad acne start ho jate hain. Lekin topical medicine ki wajah se control me hain abhi acne .
@@simransaini4248 yes, any doctor you talk wit or person who has experienced antibiotics can tell you that it will stop being as effective at the same dose due to bacteria being very good at becoming resistant to certain medications and, actually had two runs of doxy before i switched to Minocycline which did work for abt half a year but the same problem arose. All of these antibiotics simply treat symptoms when acne is actually caused by another root, I now had to switch my diet and start taking supplements like (por favor) although it’s a much slower process it works much better in the long run, I am currently fighting a flare up tho and sadly hormonal cystic acne like mine is very hard to get rid of unless you reduce the amount of dairy and oils that you ingest which is difficult since almost everything contains oil, sugar is also a big part in that too
I was doubtful when I followed the 100 % natural treatment as my friend's suggestion . But the result was effective, my anti-acne faded awayin less than 7 days like a miracle, try here:> *AcneCureOnline. Com* Thanks!?
I was a non believer of this product. Once I was getting acne conditions, I decided to give this acne guide *AcneCureOnline. Com* a try. It worked for me. Within 1 week, I can notice the results. I now have a better and clearer face.
