Hey Dr. Ryan! Just wanted to say thanks - you have made a great difference in both - my life as a student and my life as a new parent. You are obviously aware of how much you help us all didactically with your lectures. But, as a new parent, I struggled to get my son to fall asleep. Then I noticed he would fall asleep quickly when I held him while listening to your lectures. You are now part of my son’s routine as well! It has especially come in handy for those random 3 am awakenings. Thank you for your videos and the extra sleep!
Thanks for your kind words! I can’t say I ever intended my videos to put people to sleep 😅 but in this case, I’m glad I can help you in more ways than one!

Yes! You can get them one of two ways. You can either sign up on my Patreon page for at least $10/month www.patreon.com/mentaldental or send $30 to me directly via PayPal for the NBDE Part II slides only (or $15 for the INBDE slides only) www.paypal.me/mentaldental
Dr. Ryan, regarding pain management, what if the patient can not take Ibuprofen for some reason and has mild pain, moderate or sever pain? I mean, what's the dosage of Tylenol for each pain level if we can't prescribe Ibuprofen? Thank you

Hello Dr Ryan, Thank you so much for your excellent videos. I have a question about the new guidelines on clindamycin and azithromycin. In the INBDE board exam right now they are currently guided by that or they still taking clindamycin as a first option?. Thank you.
