*Openin shots made me miss ridin blue cags on my DKP board,* only reason I swapped to bigger wheels was I needed more clearance... now I can have that blue thane back with the blue bods ⚡️⚡️ For me, the inner lip on the orange dad bods catches on rough ground every now and then 😭 Still prefer the OG kegel core, not this larger core but there's pros and cons with that. Ridin "bad roads" with that blue thane is hella fun, with good form/posture, loose ankles, bent knees, and a bangin musical playlist, it's not as rough. I thought I was the only one doin the continuous mini hops over rough roads, that's really good advice for riders 👌🏽 I was curious how they compare to Ingen 100mm and blue 85mm cags. I had a look through a video or two of yours and we agree on a lot of things in regards to urethane, rough roads, carvin over speed, etc. I do like Mad wheels but I love "normal" urethane, blue otang thane is magical, Boa's new softer V3 90mm come a little close to blue cags though. That OG longboard feel is everythin. 90-95mm blue otangs would be magic, maybe one day... Blue bods still Not available in the UK yet 😭

What wheels would you recommend for the B One Balrog X? I have the Ingens and the AT Hotas but i mean street. Clearance is the issue i think on that board. seems 105 mm is probably the best option....

I had a couple of bad wipeouts on the original orange Dad Bods. They just easily loose traction when carving over debris and rocks. I wonder if the 77A would make much difference and if it's worth the upgrade?

80a duro put me off the orange bods. I'm very happy with my mad wheels v2. They perform well over rough roads. Check the reviews

@@mrgee918 I haven't used the orange dad bods since I badly sprained my ankle few months ago. I'm currently riding on the meepo 110s cyclone wheels. The mad wheelz v2 are definitely in my wishlist!

@ivotaba oh wow sorry to hear of your injury. You'll definitely get more grip with the 110s but they seem to eat into my range. I have the cyclones 110mm, but now ride the cloud wheel rover 110mm. They got me through this soggy winter. A nice alternative to pneumatics. Keep rollin!

Got the Mads v2 and although they absorb a lot of impact and grip almost like pneumatics, they don't have much free roll when you let off the gas. They have the more friction than any of my PU wheels. This really is really killing range and it's too bad. Also they make this very annoying humming/Whistling noise when riding at any speed. Definitely not my favorite. I don't have the Dad Bod, but the best wheels so far to me are BOAs 100mm

lots of large wheels cost 120-160. chunking on traditional urethane let alone softer durometer is very normal. if u actually own these, u know it wont affect your riding at all. ask any down hill rider that uses orangatang .

People that say chunking is nothing to worry about is total BS... flip your wheel so the chunking is on the outside and go and do some deep carving and see how much you enjoy the ride!!👎
