Kingsport's Bluegrass On Broad welcomes for the first time "Raisin Cain Bluegrass Band" based out of Chilhowie, Virginia. Members of Raisin' Cain come from Chilhowie and Nicklesville, Virginia and Kingsport, Tennessee.
(There are other, older bands of the same name on RU-vid including one organized within the Virginia National Guard.)
