I have tried the cake. It came out so well and it's yummmy. To all who are doubtful, even if we put the skin it doesn't taste bitter, but it has an excellent aroma and flavour to it. Just try it .☺️☺️

1 sweet orange, seeded and chopped 1/2 cup oil 3/4 cup sugar 3 eggs Blender, 2 minutes Pour into bowl, and add 1 3/4 cup flour, sifted 2 tsp baking powder Stir together, but do not overmix 4" x 7" baking mould 6" round baking mould Pour batter into 2 prepared baking tins Preheat oven at 180*C for five minutes Then bake at 170*C for 35-40 minutes

I just made the cake and it was just perfect! U get that amazing Orange flavour, not bitter at all, so spongy, soft and delicious..(the only diff. was I added only 1 teaspoon of baking powder instead of two)
