This video is all about "Orange Jasmine" plant. It's common name is Orange jasmine or Chinese box and it's botanical name is "Murraya paniculata". It is the native plant of China, India, Pakistan and some other south asian countries. In Pakistan, it is known as "Marwa" while in India, it is known as the "Kamini" plant.
Marwa or Kamini is a perennial plant and it can survive and grow for a long period. It's leaves always remain green, weather it is summer or winter season. Orange jasmine can grow upto a height of 6 to 10 feet and can spread up to 4 to 8 feet. In pot or container, it can grow upto a height of 3 to 5 feet and can spread up to 2 to 3 feet. It grows at a medium rate in ground, while it's growth rate decreases in pot or container.
Orange jasmine needs rich, moist and well drained soil having a fair drainage quality for it's growth and needs regular watering but should not be over watered. In summer season, daily watering is required while in winter season, watering should be done after a few days when the soil surface becomes dry.
I flowers throughout spring and summer season in Pakistani and Indian climate and has very sweet fragrance.
