A black routine should have many options, it's either black packaging, you could use African black soap, charcoal toothpaste, black exfoliating gloves, very black coffee scrub maybe, even a black sheet mask

My showers every day are at least 30-40minutes. My husband always said “you do too much in the shower, I don’t want to be in here for 40 minutes” 😂😂😂 I’ve used Bio-oil for over 10 years, I had the blackest stretch marks and this cleared it up mixed with coco butter. I used to bend over and make sure this was rubbed in on the back of my legs and booty lol Aqua fresh used it when I moved into my first apartment in 2014, I love the foaming action of the toothpaste

If you’re having trouble finding black products, some suggestions are African black soap (which is very drying btw), black charcoal toothpaste, Biore’ face masks, charcoal nose strips, eye masks, Into the Night, Tropadelic, etc… by Bath and Body Works. Power Stick has black-colored packaging of deodorants, body sprays, and body washes at Dollar Tree. I think there’s black facial spin brushes there too, or even the finger facial scrub pads. TGIN hair care products packaging is black. There may be some black colored body scrubs at Marshall’s, Tj Maxx, or Burlington, but, that’s usually around the fall and Halloween time; coffee scrubs maybe? Lol Idk of any black body oils and of course a black bottle of perfume (Black Opium, Reb’l Fleur, Guess Noir, or whatever you choose). Enjoy ❤

Please don't stop yourself from sweating, it's part of the detox our lymphatic systems need. Also these products contain phthalates that are endocrine disruptors and should be avoided anywhere near our estrogen sensitive parts. Breast cancers are linked to these products. Just an fyi. The bath mitt is supposed to be used without product. You want to soak your body in the tub and then use it. Clumps of dead skin will sink to the bottom of the tub. It's a game changer.

The Lume whole body deodorant is good in the winter, fall, and spring, basically anytime other than summer. LOL. I need something stronger though for the extremely hot summers in Japan so that's when I use Secret.
